- Professional Background: Current professional role, company name, industry, corporate title, professional website, and professional network profiles (such as LinkedIn).
- Member References: Names of existing society members who can attest to your character, sportsmanship, and integrity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process candidate information strictly for vetting purposes and to facilitate society administrative operations. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Evaluate eligibility and suitability for membership under our vetting guidelines.
- Verify handicap indices and club affiliations.
- Establish secure login access to our administrative and membership portals.
- Deliver critical communications, such as invitation alerts and transaction records.
- Understand website traffic and interaction patterns using Google Tag (gtag.js) analytics tracking.
3. Data Confidentiality & Sharing
All candidate files are strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, license, or commercially share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only shared with our internal vetting committee, invitation officers, and trustworthy services essential for operations:
- Database Host: Client records and auth tokens are stored securely in Supabase.
- Payment Processing: Transactions, invoice handling, and cart/checkout systems are processed securely via Stripe.
- Email Services: Notifications and admin alerts are handled through the Resend API.
4. Data Security
We implement a variety of technical and organizational security measures to protect candidate records. Access to application data is restricted to authorized administrative personnel via secure authentication mechanisms. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights & Options
Candidates and members may review, update, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time. If you wish to withdraw an active nomination file or have your records purged from our registry database, please contact an administrative officer at admin@championshipflight.com.
