Welcome to Championship Flight Golf Club. By accessing our website (championshipflight.com) or submitting a request for invitation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Membership Eligibility & Vetting
Championship Flight is a strictly vetted, private golf society. Application or nomination does not guarantee admission. We review all candidates based on criteria including, but not limited to:
- Active USGA/GHIN handicap verification showing a history of competitive sportsmanship.
- Vetted professional background, executive leadership, or entrepreneurial status.
- Integrity, alignment with society rules, and references from active members.
The selection committee reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any nomination for any reason without providing detailed feedback.
2. Member Conduct Standards
Our society stands on mutual respect, competitive integrity, and a strict culture of trust. Members are expected to:
- Leave the Pitch Decks in the Locker Room: Direct business solicitation, hard-selling, or pitching other members on golf excursions or within society channels is strictly prohibited. Professional synergy is encouraged to grow organically.
- Maintain a verifiable handicap and uphold the rules of golf as defined by the USGA/R&A.
- Respect all member clubs, hosts, and staff during society tournaments, matches, and gatherings.
Violating conduct standards is grounds for immediate membership suspension or permanent revocation without refund of paid dues.
3. Fees, Dues, & Billing
Dues, initiation fees, and tour package payments are handled securely through our processing partner, Stripe. By purchasing a membership tier or booking an excursion, you agree to their billing terms. All society transactions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual booking reservation agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design assets, and logos displayed on championshipflight.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Championship Flight Golf Club. Unauthorised replication, usage, or distribution of our name, logo ("shield-only.png" / "full-logo.png"), or proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services and website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Championship Flight Golf Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in society events, outings, or use of our online portals.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from or relating to Championship Flight Golf Club shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our society is incorporated.
